Oscars 2020 was held recently and saw the A-listers of Hollywood under one roof. Among those, was The Irishman star Al Pacino, whose solo presence at the red carpet of the prestigious award ceremony raised many eyebrows and did not go unnoticed. Al Pacino, 79, was last seen with his 39-year-old girlfriend Meital Dohan at The Irishman premiere in LA in October 2019, and after Pacino’s solo presence at the Oscars, reports on the Internet suggested that the two had split up.

Now, Al Pacino’s girlfriend Meital Dohan has confirmed their breakup over 39-year age between them and the fact that he does not like to spend money. While talking to Israel’s La’Isha magazine, Dohan said that the age gap was difficult and that even with all the love she had, it did not last. She said, “It's hard to be with a man so old, even Al Pacino. The age gap is difficult, yes. I tried to deny it, but now he is already an elderly man, to be honest. So even with all my love, it didn't last." She was also asked about the presents she received during their time together, and Dohan laughingly added, “He only bought me flowers. How can I say politely that he didn't like to spend money?"

She further stated that she had a fight with Al Pacino and left him recently, but she loves and appreciates him and was glad to have been there for him when he needed her. “It's an honour for me. I'm glad this relationship happened between us, and hope we remain good friends,” she said.

According to Dailymail.co.uk, Al Pacino was also in a relationship with Lucila Solá for ten long years, before Dohan. Lucila’s daughter Camila Morrone is the girl Leonardo DiCaprio has been dating.
